Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
Our products are custom ordered from printers that do not accept returns or exchanges so unfortunately, we are unable to support this service unless the item is damaged
My item is damaged, What do I do?
In the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will be able to offer you a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.

Orders & Shipping
Can I make changes or cancel my order before it ships?
Because orders are automatically fulfilled through our printer, as a standard policy, we are unable to make changes or cancel an order after it's been submitted
An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, shoot an email to little.fattys.pdx@gmail.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you.
Why isn't my payment going through?
Please double check to ensure you're using the proper billing zip code associated with the credit card. Additionally, in order to pay with a credit card, your order must be above $0.50.
Will I be charged right away when I place my order?
Yes, your card will be charged right away. We don't store payment information for security purposes.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The production time for an order depends on various factors but most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.
In the unlikely even we experience delays in production, we will inform you.
From there, the expected time of delivery will vary depending on the shipping option you chose
